Panama East offers you a look at the most undeveloped part of the country. This is an adventure that shouldn’t be missed. Do come prepared for pretty rustic living conditions but the experience of being out in the wild makes up for it. You can go diving in the Caribbean Sea, explore ruins of a Spanish fort and go canoeing down a jungle river. You will also have an opportunity to see the tribal communities here up close.

For an idyllic holiday spend a few days at Boca Del Toro and enjoy the aquamarine waters and splendid beauty of the islands here.
How about spending a few days exploring the area around the volcano Baru? The city of Boquete is an especially popular tourist spot and is surrounded by coffee plantations. The weather here is pleasant all year long, making it a popular holiday destination. Shop for some wonderful coffee grown in the area and handicrafts made by the Guyamies, one of the country’s many ethic groups.
